Finding and managing workforce training can be time-consuming, particularly when your employees need learning across several disciplines.
The Life Sciences Learner Hub makes that process more convenient by bringing training from multiple providers together in one place.
From ATMP training and advanced therapies training to leadership, project management, health and safety, compliance and personal development, you can see at a glance what is available through one easy-to-use platform.
The Hub does not remove the need for specialist training providers. Instead, it gives organisations a simpler way to discover and access a broad range of industry-relevant learning.
Our training partners are industry-recommended and quality checked, helping employers choose life sciences training with confidence.
Convenience also means having expert support when you need it. Skills Specialists at the Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult are on hand to understand your requirements, advise on suitable options and help you navigate the catalogue.
Employees receive certificates of completion, making it easier for them to keep their training records current and demonstrate their development.
For employers, industry membership also provides handy reporting, helping you monitor learning activity and maintain a clearer view of workforce development. It is a practical, joined-up way to support skills across growing life sciences teams.
